Shipping policy
Every Wraith & Wick order is shipped with tracking. Some products are fulfilled directly by vetted international partners.
Processing
Allow an estimated 1–3 business days for processing. Supplier availability and peak demand may extend processing. Save the order number shown after checkout and use it with your checkout email on our Track Order page.
Delivery estimate
HexBroom ships from China, not a US warehouse. The current supplier estimate is 5–11 days in transit to the US after dispatch, in addition to processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Supplier delays, high demand, carrier delays, customs and severe weather may extend delivery.
Tracking
A carrier and tracking number are associated with every shipped order. Tracking can take up to 72 hours after dispatch to show its first movement.
International fulfillment
To keep seasonal products available, an order may ship directly from an international fulfillment partner. This does not change the customer's support, return or refund rights with Wraith & Wick.
Incorrect address
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Contact support immediately if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
