We want the product received to match what was ordered and shown.
30-day return window
Eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact support before sending any return.
Damaged or defective products
Send clear photos or a short video within 7 days after delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return shipping
Customer-change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Wraith & Wick covers approved returns caused by a wrong, damaged or defective item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks commonly take 5–10 business days to display the credit.
Non-returnable items
Used products, products damaged after delivery and products returned without authorization may be ineligible.
