If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with one real, unedited, continuous video — ideally the unboxing — showing the item, the issue, and the order number, written on paper or on the packing slip. Photos are not enough. After review we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a refund. Buyers in the EU and the UK also keep a 14-day right to withdraw, for an unused item returned at their cost.

Shipping is included to the countries on our shipping page. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually 7–15 business days, and can take up to 20 in December. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

The parcel is plain. No prices, no invoice in the box, and no promotional inserts. It is packed to ship, not to advertise.
Materials and care
Copper base, 7 mm wide, about 12.6 g. Gold-tone lobster claw clasp and extender. The gold color is a finish, not solid gold. Water, perfume, and sweat can dull a finish over time. Put it on last, and keep it dry when you can.

What is included?
The necklace you chose, with its lobster clasp and extender, in plain packaging. A set is two or three necklaces in the colors you picked. Nothing else is added to the box.
How long is it, and how do I fasten it?
The chain is 44.5 cm (17.5 in) and 7 mm wide. The lobster claw closes at the back, and the extender gives you a little more length.
Will the finish wear?
The base is copper, and the clasp is a gold-tone finish, not solid gold. Perfume, water, and daily friction can soften the look over time. Blue Python reads as a deep indigo, not a bright sky blue.
How do returns work?

How do I choose the colors?
Each necklace in a set has its own row. Pick Python, Green Python, Red Python, or Blue Python on that row. The colors travel together in one order.

A flat herringbone, printed like python.
Seven millimeters wide, in copper, with the pattern on the face. The clasp is gold-tone. It is a finish, not a bar of gold.
