Will it fit my cat?
The fastenings are adjustable, but cats come in different shapes and sizes. Measure your cat’s neck, chest and back, and contact us for sizing help before ordering if you are unsure.
Is it comfortable for my cat?
The costume has a soft plush body and adjustable fastenings. Use only for short, supervised sessions. Make sure your cat can move freely, and remove it if they seem uncomfortable or stressed.
How do I clean it?
Gently spot clean with cool water and mild soap, then leave it to air dry. Avoid hot water, bleach and tumble drying.
How does shipping work?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Check the shipping policy for processing and delivery information. Orders may ship from international fulfillment partners; US warehouse dispatch is not guaranteed.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an eligible replacement or refund under our returns policy.
