This policy explains how SKA Digital LLC processes information when you visit Wraith & Wick, place an order or contact support.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, billing and delivery information needed to process an order, respond to support requests and prevent fraud. Payment card data is entered directly into Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
How information is used
We use information to provide checkout, fulfill and track orders, send transactional emails, handle returns, maintain business records, improve the store and protect customers and the business from misuse.
Service providers
Information may be shared only as needed with payment processors, hosting and database providers, email providers, analytics services, carriers and the fulfillment partner responsible for an order.
International fulfillment
When an international fulfillment partner ships an order, the recipient name, delivery address, ordered SKU, quantity and phone number when required are transmitted for fulfillment and tracking.
Analytics and advertising
The store may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel when configured. These services may process device, referral and interaction data. Browser controls and platform privacy settings can limit this processing.
Retention and security
Order records are retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and customer-support purposes. We use access controls and trusted providers, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing contact@skadigitalstudio.com. Some records must be retained where required by law or for legitimate transaction records.
