Duovo support

Getting started

• Allow Camera and Microphone access when you first record.
• Allow Photos access to select a source video and save the final export.
• Choose a video from Photos or share a video file directly to Duovo, then select the layout you want.

Camera or dual-camera problems

• Open iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security and confirm Camera and Microphone are enabled for Duovo.
• Dual-camera recording requires a compatible iPhone and may not be available on every device.
• Once recording starts, Duovo keeps the chosen portrait or landscape orientation until the take ends.

Reaction audio

For the clearest voice, use AirPods or headphones when listening to the source. Without headphones, Duovo can mute source playback during recording to avoid the phone speaker being captured by the microphone. Source and voice levels can be adjusted in the editor before export.

Subtitles

Open the editor after recording and choose Captions. Select the language you spoke and keep the voice track clear. Apple Speech availability and accuracy can vary by language, device and recording conditions.

Saving and exporting

• Confirm Photos permission is enabled for Duovo.
• Keep enough free storage for the source, temporary render and final export.
• Do not close the app during the final export. A confirmation appears when the video has been saved.

Duovo Pro and restore purchases

Open Settings or the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID used for the original subscription. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed by Apple.
